JRP Digital ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal information we collect when you book a call with us through our website, how we use it, and your rights.

Who we are

JRP Digital is the data controller for the personal information described in this notice.

What information we collect

When you book a call through our website, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Any information you choose to share in the booking form, such as notes about your business or what you'd like to discuss
• The date and time of your booking

We don't intentionally collect any special category data, such as health information. Please don't include any in your booking notes.

How we collect it

Bookings are handled by Calendly, a third-party scheduling tool embedded on our website. When you book, your details go to Calendly and are then shared with us.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Schedule, confirm and manage your booking, including sending reminders
• Contact you before or after the call about your enquiry
• Prepare for the call so it's useful to you
• Follow up with relevant information about our services, if you've shown interest

We won't add you to a marketing mailing list unless you've asked us to or agreed to it. Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe link.

Our legal basis

We process your information on these grounds:

• Steps before entering a contract: you've asked to speak with us about our services, and we need your details to arrange that.
• Legitimate interests: we have a legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and following up on them in a way you'd reasonably expect.
• Consent: where we send you marketing, we'll rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business:

• Calendly (booking and scheduling)
• Google Workspace (email and business administration)
• GoHighLevel (customer relationship management and communications)
• Google Meet (video calls)

These providers process data on our behalf and may only use it to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

International transfers

Some of our providers, including Calendly, Google and GoHighLevel, are based in or store data in the United States. Where your data is transferred outside the UK, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, Standard Contractual Clauses, or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

We keep booking information for up to 12 months after your last contact with us, unless you become a client. Client information is kept for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal and accounting obligations, usually 6 years after the relationship ends. After that, we securely delete it.

Cookies

Our booking tool is provided by Calendly, which may set cookies or similar technologies when you use it. For details, see Calendly's privacy notice.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete your information
• Object to or restrict how we use it
• Ask for your data to be transferred to another organisation
• Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent

To use any of these rights, email jason@jrpdigital.co.uk. We'll respond within one month. There's no charge in most cases.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please contact us at jason@jrpdigital.co.uk first so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
